Your Role & Responsibilities 

Would you like to work on forward-looking solutions for complex challenges in linear drive technology? As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will develop innovative concepts for the control and regulation of highly dynamic drive systems – from the initial idea to series production readiness.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. 

The work model for the role is: onsite with 10 home office days a month 

  • Develop solution concepts as part of an interdisciplinary project team – from initial idea to series production readiness

  • Contribute to the design and development of control systems for new generations of linear drive systems

  • Create functional simulations and ensure verification and documentation of the developed solutions

  • Test, commission, and validate the systems using existing tools for version control and continuous integration

What it takes to Run what runs the world 

  • Well-founded technical education (FH, TU) in one of the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, telematics, or similar.

  • Knowledge and experience in the field of control engineering in the drive technology environment

  • Programming skills, preferably in C

  • Analytical and solution-oriented thinking skills

  • Outgoing personality with a high degree of organizational and teamwork skills

  • Independent and structured way of working and high self-motivation

  • Good German and business English

The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is € 3.888,53 – 4.472,11 monthly for a full-time position as of May 2026. But we would be pleased to speak in person about your compensation package in relation to your qual
