Plymouth | Permanent | £70,000–£75,000 + Car / Allowance
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join an established regional contractor in Plymouth and take the commercial lead across a range of refurbishment projects.
Working across NHS, education, MOD and university projects, you will be involved from initial pricing and tender through to final account.

The Role

* Prepare estimates, tenders and project pricing

* Manage cost reporting, budgets and forecasts

* Prepare valuations and applications for payment

* Manage variations, subcontractor costs and commercial risk

* Understand and administer construction contracts

* Liaise with clients and project teams

* Support invoicing, cash flow and final accounts

* Provide commercial guidance to the wider business

About You
We're looking for a commercially strong QS / Estimator with experience in refurbishment or building projects, who is confident pricing works and taking ownership of the commercial side of projects.
Experience within public sector, NHS, education, MOD or university environments would be advantageous.
