Quantity Surveyor

A national construction and property consultancy are seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Cambridge office.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

Working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor, the new Quantity Surveyor shall be working across an array of projects, carrying out pre and post contract roles.

After a settling in period, the successful Quantity Surveyor shall have the opportunity to take ownership of their own schemes, taking them from inception to completion.

Project sectors include: education, healthcare, industrial and residential.

The Quantity Surveyor

Worked within a PQS / Construction Consultancy practice
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
Keen to become MRICS
Pre and post contract exposure
Residential project experience would be beneficial
Driving license + carIn Return?

£40,000 - £50,000
