About the role

Job Overview

Responsible for the testing and verification of various RF products including the ability to conduct Failure analysis and reporting.

A Day In The Life

  • Set-up, calibration, and use of product test equipment.
  • Conduct production product audit, and re-qualification testing.
  • Conduct complex PCB and product failure analysis.
  • Generate failure analysis reports.
  • Create product Test /Evaluation plans procedures.
  • Investigate and analyze selected RMA returns to identify root causes and trends.

What will help you thrive in this role?

  • Associate’s or higher level electrical technical degree and/or RF work experience.
  • Have a good understanding of basic analog and digital electronic and communication principles.
  • Experience in test set up, testing and failure analysis.
  • Strong manufacturing processes background in both electrical and mechanical environment.
  • Innovative and creative approach to problem solving.
  • Competent working with Microsoft Office and other related software utilizing a Windows platform.
  • At least five years previous experience in an electronic manufacturing environment soldering through-hole and surface mount components.
  • Software or Firmware test verification experience is a plus.
