Gardner Cryogenics is a world leader in designing and manufacturing of high-performance, highly reliable, long-lasting storage tanks used to transport hydrogen and helium molecules globally.  Rotoflow offers full-service turbomachinery OEM offerings and provides a wide range of new equipment solutions and aftermarket services across the globe.

We are seeking a Quality Specialist who will report into the Gardner Rotoflow Quality Manager and is responsible for supporting all aspects of quality including quality management systems development/improvements, change management, information risk management, and support as needed for other quality needs within the organization (audits, QA/QC, etc.).  This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating the development or continuous improvement of work processes, share sites, records management, management of change, and training.

Support development, maintenance and support the continuous improvement of fit for purpose quality management system (QMS) including change management key procedures and policies.

Collaborate cross functionally across the business to enhance and provide BMS / QMS system solutions support the specific needs of the business while also aligned with broader Air Products, regulatory and certification requirements.

Required Skills / Abilities: 

  

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate activities and strategies related to change management that align with organizational goals and support business transformation initiatives. 
  • Develop and execute effective communication plans to ensure alignment, understanding, and engagement across stakeholder groups. 
  • Serve as a change agent and advocate for continuous improvement methodologies and cultural organizational changes to include the QMS, change management key procedures, and policies.
  • Serve as primary Gardner/Rotoflow liaison to Management Systems and Quality Community of Excellence (COE) at a corporate level.
  • Participate in external and internal audits to ensure compliance and maintain of certifications.
  • Approach all activities with a safety-mindset and participate in the company basic safety process.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of key KPIs and trends to identify areas of opportunity to improve overall quality of finished goods and reduction of warranty related claims.
  • Establish strong collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders within Gardner & Rotoflow as well as Quality resources across the Air Products’ manufacturing community.

Minimum Hiring Requirements:

  • Experience with Quality related work processes, management systems, and specifications in a manufacturing environment.
  • Applied knowledge and understanding of statutory/regulatory inspection requirements required.
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with business partners to drive actions and improvement.
  • Applied problem solving, root cause analysis, and methodology required.
