Job Description
- Lead the coordination and support for the GS (Global Services) logistics North America Quality Management System (ISO9001) audits.
- Responsible for the QMS documentation compliance support.
- Provide coordination support during internal/external audits, perform root cause analysis - support problem solving and continuous improvement efforts, monitor quality data.
- Identify and address factors driving negative trends, identify business obstacles (through analysis) and produce actionable solutions.
- Participate in logistics projects representing the Quality Team.
- Project management approach for planning and managing the effort to achieve the project goals within the designated project constraints.
- Organize and lead Quality project status and working meetings, prepare and distribute progress reports, manage risks and issues.
Travel Expectation: Up to 25% travel (domestic)
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 2+ years of professional work experience in the field of quality, ISO9001 coordination or Quality Management System (QMS).
- 1+ years of document control experience (i.e. Work instructions, SOPs, ECNs, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Logistics experience
- Site quality systems auditing experience
- Experience with CIP (continuous improvement)/ PDCA process, problem solving and 8D Process, strong understanding of the SAP processes.
- Soft Skills: Communication, teamwork, problem solving, time management, critical thinking, Data analysis and Visualization.
