Quality Specialist - Inspection

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Specialist - Inspection to monitor the flow of material through the incoming, manufacturing, testing, and final inspection processes. This role is critical to ensuring that all products meet our quality standards and customer requirements.

Your Challenge:

  • Review data packs and shipping documents for completeness and accuracy.

  • Conduct hands-on inspection of incoming parts and finished goods to verify conformance to specifications.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate inspection records.

  • Provide guidance to production personnel in resolving issues encountered during the hardware flow process.

  • Perform system and process audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and procedures.

What You Bring:

  • 2–3 years of experience in quality control, inspection, or a related manufacturing environment.

  • High school diploma or Associate degree required.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with quality standards and documentation practices.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

  • Basic understanding of inspection tools and measurement techniques is a plus.
