In this role, you’ll handle various electronic systems to collect and analyze data, assist in tracking performance indicators, and support our Quality Management Department in its reporting efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
· Enter and retrieve data within various electronic systems for report creation and completion.
· Understand and adhere to regulatory, contractual, certification, licensing, and accreditation standards to ensure timely report fulfillment.
· Track, monitor, and report on Brightli key performance indicators and clinical outcomes, sharing findings with necessary stakeholders.
· Organize resources, establish priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
· Review and analyze data for accuracy and trends using Electronic Health Record systems and other databases.
· Prepare data summaries and visual presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
· Support the Quality Performance Team Lead with administrative tasks as needed.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, public health, health administration, or related field preferred.
· Preferred experience in quality or data roles within a healthcare organization or related field.
· Proficient in common word processing, spreadsheet, database, electronic health records, and web-based applications.
Additional Qualifications:
· Successful completion of a background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint checks.
· Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
Physical Requirements:
· ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects.
· Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shifts.
· Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
