Quality Manager (Manufacturing)

The Quality Manager leads the plant’s quality management program to ensure products meet or exceed customer, regulatory, and industry standards. This role develops and enforces quality systems, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and manages the quality team to achieve operational excellence.
This role is fully onsite Salary: $95-120k/yr

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in alignment with ISO 9001/AS9100/IATF 16949 or other relevant standards.
• Lead internal and external audits; oversee corrective and preventive actions.
• Review and approve inspection reports, certificates of analysis, and product release documentation.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, defects, and root causes.
• Qualify, monitor, and audit suppliers; manage incoming material inspections.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve performance.
• Hire, train, and mentor quality engineers, technicians, and inspectors.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• 5+ years QA experience
• Strong managerial experience
• GMP experience
