The Quality Team Lead oversees and executes a collection of tasks associated to quality requirements on customer orders. Train and develop quality team members. Collect and report out monthly RMA and NCR data.Essential Functions

The Quality Team Lead oversees and executes a collection of tasks associated to quality requirements on customer orders. Train and develop quality team members. Collect and report out monthly RMA and NCR data.Essential Functions
- Process RMAs and create RMA Work Orders in Mie Trak
- Log and maintain RMA NCR data for reporting purposes
- Asses complied RMA data monthly and target areas for improvement
- Create First Article Reports
- Collect customer requested certifications and deliver them via email
- Support other facets of the Quality Department when required
- Ability to process timecards and vacation requests
- Follow applicable procedures and work instructions and offer ideas for improvement
- Provide solutions to less experienced team members
- Support all safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
- Wear proper PPE for job function being performed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Intermediate computer skills
- Skill in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in using hand measuring tools
- Proficient in using inspection measurement equipment
- Knowledge of relationship management skills and conflict resolution
- Ability to be professionally demanding with suppliers when necessary
- Demonstrate motivation and accountability to achieve individual and department goals
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills to manage their teams
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects
- Demonstrate leadership by approaching work positively, guiding colleagues and accepting accountability
