The Quality Enhancement Specialist role is a critical position to the organization. The Quality Enhancement Specialist helps the Credit Union to grow by providing continuous improvement enhancements and educational opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Reviews multiple reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to act as quality control for all member functions.
• Reviews all, but not limited to, new memberships, loans, Certificates of Deposit, and membership changes for accuracy and completeness, including appropriate signatures on all documents.
• Leads meetings and supplies information to departments and leadership regarding findings, trends, and statistics.
• Communicates regularly with team members utilizing tact, and professionalism.
• Looks for improvements in processes, procedures and implements changes as needed.
• Reviews trends to identify potential training gaps to improve member service.
• Ensures compliance with regulations as required through review of quality and accuracy of documents and packages.
• Assists in rate verification and rate changes as needed.
• Performs other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• One to Three years similar or related experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong soft skills
• Strong computer skills including the Microsoft Suite
• Ability to resolve interpersonal conflict and miscommunications
