As a Quality Engineer, you will be providing expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, procedures, regulatory/governmental, and agency guidelines to assure compliance.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Investigating customer escapes and performs eight-step problem solving analysis to prevent recurrence

  • Developing, maintaining, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance programs, policies, processes, and procedures

  • Reporting Rolls-Royce Corporate Quality performance metrics

  • Developing programs to ensure the performance and quality of products conform to established standards, specifications, and agency guidelines

 

Basic Requirements:

  • An Associate’s degree with 3+ years of experience in engineering, quality, or manufacturing, OR;

  • A Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of experience in engineering, quality, or manufacturing, OR;

  • ·A Master’s degree OR;

  • ·A JD/PhD OR;

  • To be considered for this opportunity, you must be eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires USA Citizenship

 

Preferred Requirements:

  • Green Belt or Yellow Belt Certification

  • SAP & Database project experience using C, C#, C++, Java, Perl, VBA, VBS and/or SQL

  • Experience of GD&T system

  • Experiencing reading blueprints

  • Experience employing inspection techniques

  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma tools
