Responsibilities:

• Support and help execute the Global Management System (GMS) and Quality Management System (QMS) at the site, ensuring ongoing compliance and effectiveness.
• Participate in and support internal system and process audits (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer‑specific requirements), including timely closure of non‑conformities and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and cross‑functional teams to interpret and implement customer‑specific quality and warranty requirements.
• Monitor and analyze Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and contribute to improvement initiatives that reduce waste and improve right‑first‑time performance.
• Utilize quality tools and problem‑solving methodologies to support continuous improvement, new business, and process changes.
• Act as a quality resource for site teams, providing day‑to‑day support, guidance, and problem‑solving assistance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
• 2–5 years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive experience preferred).
• Working knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
• Experience supporting internal audits and corrective/preventive action processes.
• Familiarity with root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, etc.).
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with strong communication and organizational skills.
