We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Quality Engineer, based in Chihuahua, Chihuahua (E-Systems Division). 

As Quality Engineer you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Quality Coordinator.

 

Your Task will be

 

  • Customer service in relation to reported quality complaints.
  • Coordinate the multidisciplinary team to resolve quality problems using the different existing methodologies: 8Ds.
  • Coordinate defect analysis and customer response meetings.
  • Generate quality performance reports based on customer metrics and scorecards.
  • Actively participate in internal and external audit events.
  • Follows up on compliance with processes.

 

To be Successful in this rule you will need:

  • Engineering degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience preferably in the automotive industry (required).
  • Mastery of English
  • Experience in Quality, customer service, transfers and audits.
  • Knowledge of Ford processes (desirable).
  • Negotiation skills
  • experience in audits.
