Join our team to drive product and process quality by leading investigations, partnering with suppliers and cross-functional teams, supporting audits and compliance initiatives, and implementing data-driven quality improvements that ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
Your role:
Create and process nonconforming material records in a timely manner, ensuring accurate documentation and disposition of warehouse quality issues.
Lead delivery hold activities and coordinate required hold-related tasks, partnering with team members to support compliance and operational efficiency.
Monitor departmental performance metrics, maintain daily management board data, and prepare reports that provide visibility into quality and operational results.
Champion Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, including Quality Enhancement Kaizens (QEKs) and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) activities, to improve processes and drive operational excellence.
Escalate issues as needed and work independently with minimal supervision to ensure timely resolution of concerns and achievement of departmental objectives.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, and/or quality audit.
Your skills include quality assurance (qa), quality management systems (qms), continuous improvement, quality control inspection, kpi monitoring and reporting, auditing techniques, regulatory requirements, technical documentation, recordkeeping, root cause analysis (rca), logistics and distribution compliance
You have at least a high school diploma.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Pennsylvania is $25.00 to $39.00 per hour plus overtime eligible.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
