We are seeking highly cleared professionals who excel at the intersection of advanced communications infrastructure, distributed systems, and mission assurance—where reliability, security, and performance are paramount. 

Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCI cleared Quality Assurance Analyst - Senior to support this mission at Pope Army Airfield, North Carolina. 

Responsibilities:  

As a Quality Assurance Analyst - Senior, you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include: 

  • Lead design and implementation of QA processes across Task 7 logistics and facility management activities. 
  • Establish and adhere to measurable performance metrics ensuring continuous quality improvement. 
  • Evaluate quality related risks and integrate them into the risk management process. 
  • Review and ensure Integrated Master Schedules align with QA practices, incorporating checkpoints for verification and inspections. 
  • Prepare and update project management plans to reflect QA initiatives and benchmarks. 
  • Develop, modify, and maintain quality evaluation and control systems and protocols. 
  • Collaborate with engineering and logistics functions to ensure quality standards are in place. 
  • Design and analyze inspection and testing processes, mechanisms, and equipment. 
  • Conduct QA tests and perform statistical analysis to assess costs and responsibility for non-compliant products. 
  • Audit quality systems for deficiencies and ensure corrective measures meet reliability standards. 
  • Ensure QA integration into turnkey installation processes and facility management sustainment plans. 
  • Utilize the following TO Management & Financial Tracking Tools: Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate); G Invoicing API; ASSIST portal integration; variance analysis dashboards; MS Project; Primavera; GFP management modules; WBS tracking systems; ServiceNow; Jira Service Desk; automated RIP/CTP/TAR workflows; SharePoint libraries; Confluence; Microsoft Search; lessons learned databases; video library repositories; Archer GRC; internal audit portals; Excel/SharePoint audit templates; CMDB with version control; Power BI with R/Python integration; Tableau; predictive analytics engines; Teams; Azure AD role based access; mobile access via Power Apps. 
  • Utilize the following Role Specific Tools: Microsoft Word; Excel; SharePoint; Confluence; Jira; ServiceNow; QA tracking systems; basic statistical analysis tools.  

Qualifications

Required qualifications: 

  • Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a BS/BA degree or 3 years’ experience with a MS/MA or 1 years’ experience with a Ph.D. OR 9 years without a degree OR 7 years with AS/AA 
  • A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level 
  • US citizenship is required  

Desired Qualifications: 

  • DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment. 
  •  Minimum of 8 years’ experience with a BS/BA degree or 6 years’ experience with a MS/MA or 3 years’ experience with a Ph.D. OR 12 years without a degree OR 10 years with AS/AA 

Work Environment:  

  • Location: Pope Army Airfield, NC 
  • On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presence required for equipment management and asset tracking 
  • Travel: May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites for logistics coordination and facility assessments
