SALARY RANGE: The anticipated salary range for this role is $25.66 to $38.46 / hour. This range reflects a good faith estimate based on the targeted level for the role and typical compensation benchmarks across U.S. locations. Actual compensation may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, geographical location, and internal alignment.

SUMMARY

The Quality Assurance Administrator is responsible for assisting Quality Management, Quality Engineering, and Inspection. The Quality Assurance Administrator will maintain databases and logs used by the quality department. The Quality Assurance Administrator assists the department by preparing stamp logs, calibration/certification logs, supplier approved lists and survey records, non-conformance and corrective action documents, tooling/equipment records, and will store/scan all records noted above.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain calibration logs and records.
• Buy of Certificate of Conformances
• Document management
• Training scheduling and records
• Quality Management System updates
• Auditing, auditing schedules, and audit coordination
• Records management
• Corrective Action/Preventive Action tracking and scheduling
• Completed product documentation retention and storage
• QA procurement
• IUID management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

The following are a non-exhaustive list of qualifications for the position:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in aerospace quality administration or related roles.
• Knowledge of aerospace quality standards, regulations, and best practices (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
