Position Summary:

The RTE team member will support operations and provide excellent service to customer needs promptly and effectively. This employee must be a team player who is reliable and understands their dependability is important for the team’s success.                                                               

Essential job functions:

• Prepare meat products for further processing
• Mix ingredients in recipes to fulfill orders
• Cook and smoke products
• Perform safety and product temperature checks
• Help monitor and record all daily logs
• Maintain organization
• Cut and package product
• Inspect packaging to ensure labeling requirements are met
• Box and palletize products
• Clean and sanitize work environment
• Assist in plant operations as needed
• Lead by example
• Maintain a positive team morale
• Help solve problems and teach others to become problem solvers

• Creating excellent customer experience
• Other duties may be assigned

Non-essential Job Functions:

May attend professional meetings, pertinent workshops and serve on organization-wide or professional committees.
