As a QA/QC Coordinator, you will interact daily with all plant personnel, including supervisors, maintenance, operators, and distribution, to ensure products are produced within specifications and perform laboratory testing as needed. You will coordinate activities to adhere to the site’s quality management system, manage non-conformance investigations, and support quality-related audits while tracking and reporting site quality KPIs.

- Ensuring compliance with quality systems such as ISO 9001, while maintaining accurate documentation and records in laboratory information management systems and enterprise resource planning systems.
- Conducting laboratory analytical testing and microbiological testing to verify product quality and adherence to specifications.
- Leading investigations into non-conformance issues and implementing effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to communicate quality-related information and provide training on quality standards and procedures.
- Monitoring and analyzing quality metrics to track performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing setting.

- Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent; a BS/BA degree in Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields is preferred.
- Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in QA and QC with a degree or a minimum of 8 years of experience in QA and QC without a degree.
- Exhibit working knowledge of Quality Systems, including ISO 9001, laboratory information management systems, and enterprise resource planning systems.
- Demonstrate applicable knowledge of laboratory analytical testing techniques and/or microbiological testing techniques.
- Show strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and respect for deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with various internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead, analyze, troubleshoot, and provide practical solutions for real-world problems.
