QA Floor Tech-DICP

This third shift position will perform quality line checks on the production floor: color, flavor, count, codes, weights, volumes, packaging, etc. Provide monitoring and record keeping in support of the metal detection protocols ¿ including metal detector/x-ray verification, resetting of units, and investigation of alarms. Complete bacterial analysis on samples and recording results in computer system. Procure samples from various process points: holding tanks, univats, production lines, etc. Procure finished product retain samples, box, and place in the freezer while keeping freezer area clean and organized. Perform sensory analysis on finished products. Proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment. Monitor lab supply inventories and inform of needs for replenishment. Provide monitoring and record keeping in support of the metal detection protocols ¿ including metal detector/x-ray verification, resetting of units, and investigation of alarms. Proper documentation of all quality checks and tagging of approved tanks. ATP / Allergen testing as required. Isolation of suspect product via hold notices and communication of concerns with product quality to production and quality management. Documenting employee training records in computer system. Monitoring of plant employees GMPs
