QA Coordinator

Printpack is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of QA Coordinator at the Rhinelander facility. This will be a 7am - 3pm, Mon. - Fri. position reporting to the Pre-Press Manager.

Qualified candidates must be able to work all shifts and overtime when required

Key Responsibilities: 

• Clean Press aniloxes 

• Complete routine maintenance on anilox cleaning equipment 

• Facilitate anilox re-etch shipments and receipts 

• Update anilox database as necessary 

• Clean Cold Seal Cylinders 

• Facilitate cylinder re-etch shipments and receipts 

• Update database accordingly 

• Inspection of cylinders (new & in-process) 

• Loading of cylinders into vertical storage unit 

• Monthly calibration of vertical storage unit 

• Initiate order process for new cylinders 

• Review production schedule and react to H/R dates for cylinder needs 

Minimum Requirements: 

• High School Diploma or GED 

• Computer, including Excel, Word, PRISM 

• Ability to be self-directed and multitask 

• Timely completion of tasks 

• Consistently execute LSW 

• Must have strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills; and the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external contacts orally and through written communication, i.e emails and verbal conversations
