About This Role

• Review all orders from every office within the State of Florida, and ensure there are no errors with each individual job

• Review measurers with issues/concerns on a needed basis with Homeowners, Measure Technicians, Sales Representative, and Permitting

• Entering all purchasing information into the company’s system, updating the associated employees with ETA’s and/or issues

• Determine quality and timing of deliveries

• Maintain cost standards for materials and labor

• Prepare cost of goods sold and production reports

Key Qualifications

• Resourcefulness and the ability to pivot or think quickly in problem-solving situations

• Must be tech-savvy and familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office to include Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.

• Heavy emphasis on data entry and systems literacy

• Ability to speak with colleagues and vendors with confidence and multitask on systems 

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
