• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture partnerships with key community groups, consumers, employees, and stakeholders.
• Client Coaching: Guide client representatives in refining their communication skills to effectively interact with both the public and internal teams.
• Public Relations Strategy: Assess organizational goals and promotional objectives to build public relations strategies that boost brand awareness and influence public perception.
• Brand Image Management: Ensure that the organization’s image, identity, and messaging remain consistent across all platforms and communications.
• Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with the Operations Director to analyze trends, assess the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, and ensure alignment with public relations goals.

Requirements:

• Relevant Experience: Previous experience in public relations, community relations, sales, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain meaningful connections within the community and with key stakeholders.
