PT PM Culinary Server

Friendship Manor is the only faith-based, charitable Continuing Care Retirement Community in the Illinois Quad Cities. We are non-denominational in nature and welcome people of all faiths. As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) we are thoughtful stewards of our gifts, assets and resources.  We are looking to add to our evening culinary staff - this position does include weekend shifts.  If you are looking for a job that will make time fly, this is the job for you.  The ideal part time candidate will perform many tasks that relate to the health and nutrition of our residents. 

Requirements

  The duties and responsibilities of a culinary server will include:  

· Provide exceptional customer service to our residents at all times.

· Set tables appropriately for each meal or dining areas, as needed.    

· Provides back up to Dishwashers, in Scraping, washing and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans and utensils.

· Wrap silverware for the next meal.     

· Assist residents during meals, with replenishment, drinks and clearing.

· Make coffee, tea and other beverages for the day. Pass beverages in dining room as needed.    

· Prepare trays at meals service.      

· Performs the daily cleaning schedule. Maintains clean and sanitized work area. Carries out the garbage.    

· Stores supplies and smallwares in proper areas. Inform the supervisor when supplies are needed.     

· Performs the daily cleaning schedule.    

· Attends and participates in educational programs.      

· Assure that safety regulations are followed at all times.      

· Maintain CONFIDENTIALITY of all resident information.
