Job Description:

We are seeking a BRILLIANT and AMBITIOUS individual for our Proposal Development (RFP) Specialist to join our enthusiastic team. In this role you have a unique opportunity to transform the delivery of primary care by helping employees, associations, unions, and affiliates see their world differently.

This role will be responsible for driving our business forward by leading the proposal process from start to finish and creating compelling and competitive responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs). An ideal candidate will possess excellent writing and communications skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. They should have a proactive mindset and thrive under pressure and meet challenging deadlines. Additionally, an ideal candidate will have an intense focus on leveraging AI and cutting-edge technologies to maximize productivity and efficiency to unprecedented levels.

 Responsibilities

• Coordinates and manages the proposal process from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
• Partners with internal teams i.e. Sales, Marketing and subject matter experts to craft tailored responses that address clients’ needs and differentiate our offerings.
• Leverages proposal management tools such as Responsive (RFPio) and AI to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Identifies, evaluates, and selects appropriate potential RFP opportunities through research.
• Tracks and analyzes past proposal outcomes to identify lessons learned and opportunities to optimize processes.

Requirements

 Qualifications: At Least one of the following:

• Two (2) years’ experience and proficiency in Responsive (RFPio) or similar RFP software.
• Two (2) years of experience in RFP writing and management.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Writing.

Salary Description $55,000-$65,000
