Manages a wide variety of WVU Medicine properties including specialized patient care facilities, highly sophisticate technology locations, support administrative services and warehouse facilities. Responsible for developing and maintaining the WVU Medicines master property list documenting and monitoring all off-campus properties both leased and owned by the organization. Responsible for providing ready access to all related property management information. Responsible for coordination and continued landlord / tenant relationship in order to facilitate efficient use of leased spaces.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Engineering or related field.
2. Current West Virginia Realtor’s license.
3. Valid WV Driver’s license.
EXPERIENCE:
1. Five (5) years experience in healthcare property management/real estate related fields.

EXPERIENCE:
1. Management of Medical Office Buildings, Familiar with Healthcare Compliance laws.
2. Familiar with real estate and mapping software’s such as Yardi and GIS.

1. Responsible for maintaining current, detailed lease record database spreadsheets for WVU Medicine including locations, terms, rates, expiration dates, landlord contract information, square footages.
2. Coordinate and maintain landlord communications and on-going dialog for any WVU Medicine renovations and improvements to leased spaces to enhance operations within leased areas.
3. Support executive team with master planning and other strategic planning initiatives to ensure collaborative and cross functional growth.
4. Research, lead, and demo a cross-collaborative project team that focuses on real estate technology and software best practices.
5. Assist WVU Medicine locations as needed with data collection.
6. Build and foster strong relationships with leaders, team members, and other third-party vendors.
7. Develop clear and concise initial term offer and renewal correspondence with respective landlord, leasing agency(s), or other third party vendors.
8. Responsible to solicit appraisals to help determine fair market value of properties WVU Medicine may have under consideration to acquire.
9. Ensures WVU Medicine’s Legal Counsel has the most accurate and up to date documentation information for their records to minimize risk to the organization.
10. Operates computer and other electronic devices to catalog all records including leases, correspondence, databases, etc.
11. Responsible for working with Risk Management, Facilities Management, Financial Analysts and any other applicable departments to maintain accurate budgetary information for leases and other associated costs such as utilities, etc.
12. Responsible for maintaining current, detailed lease record database, spreadsheets for WVU Medicine including locations, term rates, expiration dates, landlord contact information, square footages and as-built drawings.
