Property Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Property Maintenance technician to join our team!

You will perform preventative and required maintenance functions on several South Florida-managed properties.

Responsibilities:   

• Handle maintenance and troubleshooting needs of all assigned properties.
• Establish communication between vendors and coordinate visits/repairs.
• Adhere to the needs of tenants on an appointment schedule
• Manage a small team of maintenance vendors when needed.
• Keep a detailed log and schedule of work completed and work 'soon-to-be-completed. 
• Maintain and organize Department-related documentation.
• Perform all high-level repairs or tasks as needed.

Compensation: $40,000-$45,000 Annually + FULL BENEFITS

Morning schedule: Monday to Friday. Some weekends if needed. 

Worksite location: Fort Lauderdale (Downtown area)

Qualifications:

• You MUST speak ENGLISH FLUENTLY
• Bilingual is a PLUS
• You MUST have a positive attitude.  (Attitude is Everything!)
• Previous experience maintaining large-scale property maintenance/repairs.
• Previous experience working on a maintenance team.
• Previous experience or certification in HVAC, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, and BUILDING.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
