MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of experience in property, inventory control or administrative duties.
Experience in property, inventory control or administrative duties can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.
Requires possession of a valid Driver License.

JOB DUTIES:
This position provides property control work - coordinating the inventory, location, assignment and disposal of division property involving moderate inventories and movement activities. This position also provides routine technical work in the operation of the division’s records management.
Serves as the division’s Property Custodian Delegate. Responsible for safeguarding and controlling all division-assigned real and tangible personal property. Completes Property Inventory Transaction forms upon the acquisition of property items. Affixes property decals to property items. Transfers property items using the electronic ICR form in Remedy. Performs annual inventory and related reconciliations. Identifies and requests disposal of surplus property items. Ensures adequate insurance coverage is maintained on all real property and c
