Job Description:
● Understands and is involved with oversight and management of invoicing, timekeeping, and other financial support processes as needed.
● Manages the data used to track and assess contract performance.
● Acts as the liaison with the client in all funding de-obligations and realignments.
● Acts as the primary POC for Finance, Sub-contractors, and Resources in the coordination and management for time collection and invoicing.
● Provides financial oversight, tracking, invoicing, budget reviews, and other financial support on the contract.

● Works with resources and client on site to ensure performance standards and contract requirements are met.

Qualifications:

● 5 years experience performing and interpreting cost and financial analysis of data, developing financial forecasts, trend analysis, and other analyses.
● Administrative skills and working knowledge of MS Office to include Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
● Experience managing and analyzing financial data.
● Experience communicating and collaborating with diverse teams.

● Experience in contract operations and financial processes.

● Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or Program Management or similar degree or equivalent document combination of training and experience.

The likely salary range for this position is $116,531 - $157,659. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
