About the role
Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Project Support Administrator to join Bradford Council's Children and Family Service on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide project support to the delivery of projects and best value reviews within the Children and Families service.
* Work closely with Contract and Quality Officers to support the smooth delivery of review activity.
* Collect, collate and maintain accurate project and service information.
* Monitor project activity, progress and agreed actions.
* Support the recording and reporting of the impact and outcomes of best value reviews.
* Prepare reports, briefings and management information as required.
* Maintain project documentation, records, action logs and supporting evidence.
* Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to gather information and ensure deadlines are met.
* Identify gaps, issues or concerns within project information and escalate where appropriate.
* Support meetings, including preparing information, recording actions and following up outstanding tasks.
Requirements:
* Experience providing project or business support.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience maintaining accurate records and project documentation.
