What You'll Do:

• Team Leadership: Supervise experienced technician teams across multiple restoration projects, ensuring work meets industry standards and customer expectations.
• Technical Operations: Oversee water extraction, fire/smoke cleanup, mold remediation, carpet cleaning, and demolition projects using professional-grade equipment.
• Customer Relations: Maintain professional communication with customers throughout projects, documenting work for insurance purposes and ensuring satisfaction.
• Professional Development: Stay current with IICRC standards and restoration techniques through ongoing training and certification programs.

Who We're Looking For:

• Proficient English skills – You can read, write, and communicate clearly
• Ability to Pass our Background Check – You can pass a drug test and criminal background check
• Valid driver's license – Must meet our insurance requirements
• QuickBooks Time experience – Or a willingness to learn it quickly
• IICRC Certified – In Water Restoration (WRT) or Fire and Smoke (FSRT)
• Experience – In restoration work, cleaning, or construction
• Dependability & flexibility: Able to work variable hours, including after-hours emergencies
• Respirator fit test: Ability to pass on your first day and maintain eligibility throughout employment

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills including Excel for inventory management
• Experience in water and fire restoration, mold remediation, or specialty cleaning
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with project measurement, sketching, and cost calculations
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
