This position is located in Dearborn, MI and is a hybrid role. 

In this position… 

As a Project Specialist for North America Service Engineering Operations (SEO), you will be responsible for leading multiple SEO initiatives and supports Vehicle Health Management benchmarking and metrics.

You will be…..

Leading and managing complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery: 

• Develop project plans and facilitate meetings
• Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria
• Monitor project progress and identify and manage risks
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
• Manage expectations, communicate effectively, and resolve conflicts
• Proactively address stakeholder concerns
• Ensure adherence to project standards and best practices
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, and issue trackers
• Other assignments as requested

Benchmarking and Metrics

• Assist and coordinate Vehicle Health Management benchmarking effort
• Create the financial value of Vehicle Health Alerts through forecasting and modelling
• Support the Vehicle Health Management metrics team to define action plans to adopt vehicle health initiatives with customers and dealers
• Provide analytical support for special studies and ad hoc initiatives

Financial Support

• Ability to support the consolidate and forecast the business plan / budget for the North America Service Engineering Operations Director, Global Warranty Operations, and other SEO departments (as needed)
• Perform financial functions in enterprise financial systems related to purchasing: purchase orders, receiving, invoicing, as well as applicable tracking and approvals
• Develop detailed spending plans and deploy budget

You'll have... 

• 2 years project management experience 
• 2 years or strong knowledge of finance related work 
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work well across multiple functions
• Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail
• Self-Starter and quick learner
• Excel and PowerPoint skills required

• MS Project skills 
• System tools experience (e.g., Alteryx, PowerApps, SharePoint, etc
