Project/Service Coordinator

Florida Window and Door is the 19th largest Home Improvement company in the Nation! We serve the state of Florida, specializing in the installation of residential Impact Windows and Doors. As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project/Service Coordinator to join our Installation and Service Department. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is eager to grow with our team.

What you'll do:

• Coordinates service resources, dispatches and assigns team members to project.
• Schedule installation and service appointments with homeowners based on crew and customer availability. Scheduling should also be based on the installation crews skill set.
• Interacts and communicates with all office and field person to assign/dispatch service projects.
• Coordinates operations interaction with warehousing and parts department as necessary.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the assigned staff, and responding to special requests.
• Continual update of job progress and customer communication into CRM.
• Generates work orders and reviews project paperwork.
• Ordering materials.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
• Basic experience in construction, windows and/or doors is preferred.
• Highest level of customer service with enthusiasm and professional attitude.
• Must be organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions.
• Must be detailed oriented and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers and expert data entry skills; experience with Salesforce is helpful
