Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a Project Scheduler to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The ideal candidate will support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/ Transportation Security Administration (TSA) customer.
Location: 100% remote
Day to Day Work Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains the detailed program schedule in accordance with the DHS customer's scheduling processes, as well as GAO's scheduling guidelines.
- Responsible for Project Schedule Baseline and Project Schedule Updates contract deliverables.
- Responsible for working with customer to incorporate the Project Schedule Updates into the customer's Integrated Master Schedule.
- Coordinates across the program team to develop and status schedule tasks.
- Assists Program Manager with portfolio resource management support based on Integrated Master Schedule, to include but not limited to, resource monitoring and resource capacity planning.
- Provides program leadership and customer with schedule risk assessments on a periodic timeline.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 8 years’ experience or Master’s degree with 6 years’ experience or high school diploma/equivalent and minimum 12 years’ experience.
- U.S. Citizenship required; Must have the ability to obtain/Maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
- 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining schedules in Microsoft Project and/or Microsoft Project Server.
- 5+ years of experience conducting Schedule Risk Assessments.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills with all organizational levels and experience directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver presentations to all organizational levels (internal and external).
- Demonstrated experience with emerging project management technologies and solutions to drive innovation, streamline processes and produce real-time dashboards (Jira, Trello, SmartSheet, ClickUp etc).

Target Salary Range
$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.Apply for this role
