Project Operations Assistant

Job Overview:

This position will support the Project Operations team in various functions. Training in all test material reviews and version control/quality control procedures is provided.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support for the Project Operations team in various functions

• Conduct quality control of test materials, including verification of test booklet content and layout.

• Work closely with internal Production and Content teams to ensure that all edits to test materials (e.g., test booklets and supporting documents) are made accurately and in a timely manner.

• Assists with managing the production and review processes required to create test materials; they will also have the opportunity to work with external clients and vendors throughout these processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English or related field required.

• 0-2 years' experience working in print and/or publishing in a business, government or education context is an asset.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills required.

• Acute attention-to-detail is required; proofreading experience is an asset.

• Excellent computer knowledge/skills required.

• High level of organization and the ability to manage and prioritize several tasks/projects simultaneously is required.

• Flexibility and ability to consistently meet deadlines.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
