Summary:
The Project Manager, Technology, Workforce Innovation, will lead the ongoing implementation and evolution of key talent management technologies, including Career Connect, Agentforce for Careers, Tableau, and other emerging tools. This role involves driving the integration of these tools across the organization to enhance talent mobility, reskilling, and workforce transformation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure the seamless adoption and continuous improvement of these technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic workforce goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the ongoing implementation and integration of talent management technologies, including Career Connect, Agentforce for Careers, Tableau, and additional workforce transformation tools.
- Collaborate with key external partners (e.g., Deloitte, Eightfold) and internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth integration of various talent tools across the organization.
- Manage cross-functional project plans, identifying and resolving issues to ensure successful execution and continuous improvement of the technology ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, ensuring milestones are met, resources are allocated efficiently, and deadlines are adhered to.
- Monitor project progress, provide regular updates to senior leadership, and track the effectiveness of talent tools in driving business outcomes.
- Foster collaboration between internal stakeholders and external vendors to align efforts across different platforms, ensuring they meet organizational needs.
- Continuously assess the performance of talent tools, making data-driven recommendations for enhancements based on user feedback and business needs.
- Support the adoption and scaling of new tools, features, and technologies that align with the company’s workforce innovation strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (PMP certification preferred).
- 7+ years of project management experience, ideally within HR technology, talent management, or workforce transformation.
- Experience with talent tools such as Career Connect, Agentforce for Careers, Tableau, or similar platforms, and a strong understanding of their capabilities and integration.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with external vendors and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive the adoption of new technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements, ensuring continuous improvement across talent tools.
