Position Title: Project Manager, Technology & Cyber Security
$106,269 to $128,982 annually DOE

Job Summary
The Project Manager plays a vital role in ensuring timely deployments of our Technology projects
including Physical & Cyber Security, IT/Systems, Network Automation, and Risk Mitigation.
This role is primarily remote, but you must reside within commuting distance of the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Essential Duties and Responsibilities listed below are a range of duties performed by the employee

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time
and within budget.
• Maintain project trackers, prepare and update any reporting as requested for senior leadership.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure project success.
• Manage projects from conceptual stage through launch, including scheduling, defining
tasks/deliverables, and reporting.
• Monitor project performance, remove roadblocks, implement appropriate actions to address
variances, and escalate as needed.
• Be engaged, with the ability to speak to status across all ongoing projects at any time.
• Demonstrate consistent ownership and accountability for the delivery of projects.
• Be a champion of change and perform continuous process improvement.
• Promote a collaborative and positive team environment.
• Performs other duties as required to support the business and evolving org
