Position Overview

QinetiQ has an immediate opening for project manager to support the SDA Tranche 0 Technical Director. The candidate will develop program management plans, technical briefings and manage Tranch 0 activites. Qinetiq seeks a perceptive, creative leader with the ability to successfully solve challenging problems. The applicant must be confident and have a knack to digest complex ideas to determine the feasibility of success.

Responsibilities

• Support the SDA’s Tranche 0 Technical Director with projet management and oversight
• Coordination within the SDA and Mission partners on Tranche 0 demonstrations, projects and engage with SDA internal and external stakeholders
• Develop external facing products (briefings, emails, etc) with high standard and attention to detail
• Manage Tranche 0 project plans, schdules and engagements with SDA and external partners
• Incorporate Joint Warfighter, Mission Partners and internal SDA team’s feedback and input on Tranche 0 program activities and demonstrations
• Support application product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams (i.e. Government, Military, SETA, FFRDC, UARC, & Industry)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related work experience
• Prior experience supporting the Department of Defense
• Hands on proficiency using presentation development tools, principally PowerPoint and the MS Office Suite to include scheduling software
• Excellent written and visual communication skills
• Creative thinking skills
• TS Clearance Required; Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance is required: #QinetiQClearedJob

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience space programs within the DoD or IC
• Active TS/SCI clearance
