We are seeking a Project Manager to join Amplify's Central Services PMO team, which leads programs and projects across the entire Supply Chain Organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager, PMO, you'll be pivotal in driving the success of multiple projects. This role presents an exciting opportunity for strong communicators passionate about demonstrating their skills in project management and engaging with members of the organization at all levels and functions.
Essential Responsibilities:
Adopt and sustain PMO standards for planning and executing projects to completion.
Drive completion for all aspects of assigned projects of varying size and complexity from scope creation to delivery.
Coordinate cross-team planning and communication, managing handoffs between teams and stakeholders.
Create and maintain thorough project documentation, including project charters, plans, risk and change trackers, and status reports.
Lead project meetings, facilitating discussion and tracking takeaways for stakeholders.
Support department leadership with administrative components of projects and portfolio management.

Required Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in business project management.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
PMP certification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present information clearly.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while also being a team player.
Leadership capability and ability to foster trust and collaborative partnership with stakeholders.
Interest in supply chain management and the willingness to develop subject matter knowledge.
Proactive, and demonstrates initiative and strong self-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cross-functional projects.
Experience with Google Suite.
Experience with project management tools, such as Smartsheet and Jira.
Experience in the K12 educational technology, publishing, and/or supply chain, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within these domains.
Additional relevant certifications such as Agile CSM or Lean Six Sigma.
Experience synthesizing large amounts of disparate information into concise, actionable, and impactful reports or other communications.
What we offer:

The gross salary range for this role is $76,000 - $85,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
