We have an exciting remote opportunity for a Project Manager, Specialist!!
Pratt & Whitney’s Ethics & Compliance team has an outstanding career opportunity for a Specialist, Project Management to support; Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA) implementation requirements, communications and tracking at P&W, as well as to support or manage various E&C projects as necessary. This position will report to the Director of Program Management, Ethics and Compliance.
What You Will do:
- Support the DPA efforts to include implementation requirements, communications, and tracking at P&W
- Act as liaison between P&W Ethics and Compliance Officers (ECOs), Governance lead, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Compliance Investigations and the Compliance program teams on such implementation
- Create and manage a master tracker to include required initiatives with associated resources, timelines, etc. and associated communications
- Interact with RTX, Raytheon and Collins counterparts on DPA deliverables as applicable
- Manage and/or support vital E&C projects and activities to include:
- Onboarding/access for new E&C employees and Local ECOs,
- Managing the compliance mailbox,
- Site visit program management responsibilities, and
- Other projects as assigned
- Work horizontally and vertically across GEC, Legal Contracts and Compliance (LCC), and other appropriate functions at P&W and RTX
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Occasional domestic travel as needed
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of project management experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3+ years of project management experience

- Experience working in or supporting Ethics & Compliance
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong work ethic and team player with excellent judgment
- Ability to work with minimal daily supervision and balance priorities within compressed timeframes
- Ability to collaborate effectively and independently with individuals at all levels in the organization including executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft and deliver clear, concise business correspondence
- Strong attention to detail
- Technical skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
