Project Manager (Remote)

Reality Based Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to guide a team of independent contractor shoppers. 
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our Gamefilm shoppers are well-supported, prepared, and equipped to complete assignments on time and problem-solve in the field. You will provide ongoing coaching and feedback, manage scheduling and administrative tasks, and actively work to optimize efficiency and cost. This position requires strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid understanding of project requirements and resource management. 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead, coach and support a team of video shoppers. 
• Schedule work orders, prepare SOWs (statements of work) and resolve scheduling issues. 
• Monitor shopper progress. 
• Manage shopper fees and approve invoices.
• Identify and implement ways to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 
• Maintain knowledge of project guidelines.
• Ensure team understanding of project guidelines and quality standards. 
• Collaborate with other Project Managers for team success. 
• Manage contractor relationships, including onboarding new shoppers. 

Qualifications:

• Experience leading field-based or remote teams. 
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with scheduling, project management, or contractor management. 
• Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred.
