Koniag Information Security Services LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Project Manager with a Secret security clearance to support KSS and our government customer in Fall Church, VA. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.

Principal responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects in accordance with established project management methodologies and contract requirements
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestone tracking documents using MS Project and other applicable tools
• Prepare and deliver briefing slides, progress reviews, metric charts, program schedules, technical reports, and organizational charts as required
• Coordinate and communicate project status, risks, and issues to government stakeholders and internal leadership
• Apply working knowledge of Navy and Marine Corps operational environments to ensure project deliverables align with mission needs and organizational priorities
• Facilitate project meetings and working groups, documenting decisions, action items, and outcomes
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and stakeholder engagement
• Ensure all personnel and resources are properly allocated to accomplish tasks efficiently, reliably, and professionally
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to resolve project challenges and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain proficiency in MS Teams, MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Access), Power BI, and Adobe Acrobat to support all project management activities
• Ensure contract deliverables meet all quality standards and are submitted in accordance with required timelines
Required Skills and Experience:
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience after receiving PMP certification
• Active PMP certification with demonstrated, continuous application of project management principles
• Exceptional communication skills in English – both written and oral – with the ability to effectively engage technical and non-technical government stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Teams, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Access, Power BI, and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to produce high-quality briefing slides, metric charts, progress reviews, program schedules, technical reports, and organizational charts
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience with risk management, issue tracking, and change management within a government contracting context
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide clear direction to team members and stakeholders
Clearance Requirement:
• Ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearance
Desired Skills and Competencies:
• Direct experience supporting Navy or Marine Corps programs or organizations
• Familiarity with Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) or Lean Six Sigma (LSS) principles
• Experience in healthcare or medical support services environments
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Additional relevant certifications (e.g., PgMP, PMI-RMP, or similar)
