Purpose

This Project Manager will serve as a high-impact intermediate-level professional supporting strategic initiatives, cross-functional project leadership, and sales execution activities within the Commercial Organization. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute in a fast-paced and evolving business environment. The successful candidate will drive execution of key business priorities, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and support leaders in translating strategy into action. Scope, Complexity & Independence

  • Independently manages assigned projects, strategic initiatives, and workstreams with limited day-to-day supervision.
  • Coordinates multiple concurrent initiatives involving diverse stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Applies project management methodologies, analytical thinking, and sound business judgment to address moderately complex business challenges.
  • Identifies risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and execution challenges, proactively driving resolution or escalation as needed.
  • Exercises discretion in planning and organizing work, adapting approaches to changing business needs.
  • Operates effectively in ambiguous environments where processes and governance models may still be evolving.
  • Influences outcomes through collaboration, communication, data-driven recommendations, and relationship management rather than formal authority.

  • Support planning, execution, and delivery of strategic and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Coordinate activities, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action plans across multiple projects.
  • Facilitate project meetings and governance processes while ensuring follow-through on commitments.
  • Partner with stakeholders to maintain alignment on priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes.
  • Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and opportunities to improve execution.
  • Help translate strategic objectives into actionable work plans and measurable outcomes.
     

Cross-Functional Coordination & Execution

  • Work across multiple functions to support successful delivery of organizational priorities.
  • Help leaders drive execution against key initiatives and business commitments.
  • Support management reviews, project updates, and executive communications.
  • Coordinate activities among diverse stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and timely decision-making.
  • Contribute to initiatives that support business growth, sales execution, and organizational effectiveness.

  • Communicate project status, recommendations, risks, and opportunities clearly and professionally.
