Reporting to the Program Manager, the Project Manager will be Single overall point of contact coordinating all tasks, deliverables, and personnel across the Contractor's task orders under the BPA. Handles project initiation/planning, requirements translation, resource & budget management (task assignment, labor burn-rate forecasting), execution/monitoring (schedule, quality), risk management/mitigation, and stakeholder communication (liaison between technical teams, COR, and executive leadership).
