Job Title: Project Manager – Commercial Painting

 

Summary:
The Project Manager oversees commercial painting projects from award through completion, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. This role coordinates crews, materials, subcontractors, and clients while maintaining clear communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple commercial painting projects simultaneously

• Coordinate schedules, labor, materials, and equipment

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and field supervisors

• Monitor budgets, change orders, and job cost reporting

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards

• Conduct site visits to track progress and resolve issues

• Review contracts, scopes of work, and project documentation

Qualifications:

• Experience managing commercial painting or construction projects

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Ability to read plans, specifications, and schedules

• Proficiency with basic project management and reporting tools

Work Environment:
Combination of office and active jobsite work.
