Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee client projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of software solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience managing remote technical teams, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of software development processes. Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and deliver software projects on time and within scope.
Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Track project progress, manage schedules, and identify risks or roadblocks.
Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to clients and management.
Ensure quality standards are met and client expectations are exceeded.
Document project processes, workflows, and lessons learned.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager in a tech or software development environment.
Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with remote teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
