Overview
FWI is building a team to provide technical writing services supporting the development of acquisition and operational documentation for Bonneville Power Administration. As a Project Manager you will oversee project delivery, manage qualified personnel, and ensure all deliverables meet Bonneville standards and performance criteria.

**Position is contingent upon contract award**
Work Schedule and Location:
Remote: This full-time remote position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Project Plan with tasks, dependencies, milestones, and QA checkpoints
- Manage and supervise technical writing team including Senior Technical Writers, Junior Technical Writers, Project Coordinators, and Quality Assurance Reviewers
- Conduct monthly project status meetings with government stakeholders
- Submit Monthly Status Reports detailing progress, risks, and action items
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards
- Manage project schedule to guarantee deliverables are submitted by due dates
- Oversee internal quality assurance processes
- Proactively identify and manage project risks while maintaining cost control
- Participate in ad hoc virtual meetings as needed for time-sensitive issues as well as virtual monthly meetings
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum seven (7) years managing federal or utility professional services contracts
- Skills in project oversight, staffing, risk management, reporting, and cost control
