Essential Duties and Task:

• Responsible for each project from inception to final turnover. Manage all vendors, develop and monitor scope, schedule, budget, and quality for compliance with company standards, brand standards and project specifications.
• Review submittals for conformance with plans, specifications, and quality assurance providing timely feedback to Director of Project Management.
• Review project documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to guidelines established for payment and change order request approval related to SOX compliance.
• Assist team with coordination of work with other internal and external business partners including but not limited to: procurement, legal, accounting, brand services, I.T., resort management, sales, inventory management, architects, engineers, contract
• Responsible as the project lead on projects and capable of taking control of design and construction situations independently as they arise.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelors Degree
• 4 year BA/BS college degree in Construction Management or related field is desired or 10 years commensurate management/field experience.
• 5 years’ experience in the general construction field.
• Experience in the field of multi-family, hospitality, and/or multi-unit retail is required.
