Reconstruction Project Manager – Servpro of Scranton, PA


Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 (Base + Commission, DOE)

Servpro of Allentown is seeking a highly motivated Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple reconstruction projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to Servpro’s high-quality standards
  
  
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure seamless project execution
  
  
• Develop and maintain project budgets, estimates, and schedules
  
  
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
  
  
• Conduct on-site inspections and manage quality control
  
  
• Drive performance and profitability through strong organizational and leadership skills
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction project management (commercial project experience highly preferred)
  
  
• Strong understanding of construction processes, estimating, scheduling, and subcontractor management
  
  
• Proven ability to manage project budgets and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
  
  
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Proficiency with construction management software a plus
  
  
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation


This position offers a competitive annual income between $90,000 – $100,000, including a base salary and commission plan designed to reward project success and efficiency.
