Project Manager

We are building a Corporate Project Management Office (CPMO) and seeking a seasoned Program/Project Manager to lead multiple, high-impact initiatives across lines of business and shared services and including Technology, Operations, Marketing, HR, and Research. You will need to rapidly understand business drivers, translate gaps into scalable solutions, and deploy an enterprise-wide project/program management framework.  You will also help develop a Center of Excellence (COE) that brings structure, transparency, and measurable results to project planning and execution.

• Program/Project Planning

  • Facilitate project charters outlining scope, budget, resources, timelines, and objectives.

  • Identify impacted functions (Operations, Technology, HR, other shared services, and lines of business) and build tailored engagement plans.

  • Secure leadership buy-in and align stakeholders on timing, approach, and expected outcomes.

  • Define success criteria and KPIs; align the project plan to deliver against those metrics.

  • Implement structured processes, cadences, and tools that scale across the portfolio.

  • Establish project-specific governance models to ensure cross-functional alignment and delivery against business strategy.

• Day-to-Day Project Management

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, deliverables, interdependencies, and resource allocation.

  • Partner with project leadership, functional leaders, and SMEs to drive milestone delivery and resolve risks, issues, and roadblocks.

  • Roll up your sleeves to unblock work, drive action, and build accountability across teams.

  • Maintain documentation for team management, leadership updates, and budget tracking.

  • Provide clear, regular status reporting; proactively escalate with solution recommendations.

  • Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, security, and audit requirements.

  • Coordinate third-party vendors and partners as needed.

• Project Delivery and Change Management

  • Facilitate organizational recommendations (roles/skills alignment, workload distribution, centralization vs. decentralization, training needs).

  • Lead process and technology option analysis; define scope, impacts, tradeoffs, and implementation plans.

  • Apply structured change management to drive adoption, stakeholder engagement, and sustained outcomes.

  • Identify and implement process improvements across shared services to increase efficiency and value creation.

  • Define KPI measurement processes for steady state: objective-setting, tracking, and reporting.

  • Manage the transition to run-state and stabilize operations across business and functional areas.

• Results and Outcomes

  • Deliver programs on time, within scope and budget, and to quality standards.

  • Demonstrate measurable improvements in cycle time, adoption, cost, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Real Estate, Project Management, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of project/program management experience, ideally in commercial real estate or a shared services environment.
• Working knowledge of core real estate functions (sales, leasing, property management), plus enabling functions such as technology, accounting/finance, and operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills; high ownership and follow-through.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and collaboration/reporting tools.
• PMP, CAPM, or similar certification preferred.
